DJOates Posted June 19 Share Posted June 19 One of the main immersion breakers is how aggressive the fast travel system is in Starfield. In Fallout 4 and Skyrim you could choose not to. However, if you take your ship into orbit of a planet with a landing spot or city you've already visited and click to land, the fast travel over-rides the landing animation and teleports you outside your ship, either onto the pad or to your outpost beacon, which isn't even on the pad. As someone who likes to see my ship land, get out of my chair, and walk to the exit, this is irritating. I understand the difficulties of turning off fast travel by preventing it at a system level, but would a simpler option be to prevent the game from registering any POIs and landing zones as visited? Would it be possible do do this in the CK as I think this small thing would be a great immersion mod for both PC and us poor XBox players? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
