MisterB1969
Quote Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x Eight Core Processor Memory: 32 GB Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce TX 2070 Super Okay, I'm at my wits end. Everything I've read says, I should have an enjoyable experience. On low or medium graphics. However, Even on the lowest of settings. Starfield is preforming horribly. I've tried Bethini to help, but that hasn't done much either. Music often cuts out. game tends to hang in certain areas during movement, or when attempting to rez something in the distance. aurreth
Do you have the game installed on an SSD? It has notoriously poor performance when installed on an HDD.

Citadel535
Is your game stuttering? I had tons of issues with stuttering when entering and existing interface menus. I personally think there's something broken there. I did two things to fix it: 1. In your ini, (go to documents > My Games > Starfield): Add the following to the [Display} section in your ini if it already exists. If the display section does not exist, just type it in: [Display] uiUpscaleTech=3 Imo this is probably what's going to do it. If you continue to stutter just exit and re-enter menus a few times, or spin around, it typically fixes itself. If you continue to have trouble, go to video settings: Turn off frame generation. And if it still has stuttering I wound up removing any interface mods (I know you lose functionality) and I just use this now: 60 FPS - Smooth UI at Starfield Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
