My mods won't show up in load order

So I downloaded my mods. Enabled them. Deployed them. But they don't show up in load order. 

I've gone into settings and made a folder for my mods. But its doesn't change anything. 

When I check game mods folder it shows a completely different folder than what I chose for the mod folder and I can't change it. 

Please help.

Not all mods will appear in the load order. Try installing another mod.

I've added a lot of different mods, all of then do not show up in load order.

Am I doing something wrong here?
