Oomaa42
This bug affects every weapon, semi-auto and automatic, it's just more easily reproducible with auto fire guns. The sway doesn't seem to present itself if just standing in place while firing, ONLY by shooting and moving (walking, running, sprinting). Seems to happen while ADS and hip-fire (is most noticeable in hip-fire), as well as in first and third person, In and out of combat. Not sure if is a bug or some mod is causing it, you know more a feature than a bug... but I just can't figure out what it is. M48A5
Of course there is weapon sway when walking or running. Also, while standing. Weapon sway is also controlled by your strength and health. The lower the health/strength, the more the sway. With the video you provided, I don't see anything out of the ordinary
Oomaa42
@laclongquan Yeah tried that... actually even disabled all custom animations I have and even with vanilla animations the excessive sway is present. I'll continue to disable mods until I find something and report back here.
Oomaa42
@M48A5 You could be right, but I still find the sway a bit excessive and random. My player does have enough strength and weapon skill to wield the 9mm SMG plus in the clip I'm using godmode at full health. I'll do more testing with strength and skills max out see if something changes.
laclongquan
Check the simpler realism esp + Immersive Recoil +DynamicWeaponSpread . Most realistic mod pay more attention to sway, so it's another suspect. Also, I think your feeling of it being random is the result of several mods affect sway variables. Oomaa42
@laclongquan I suspect such, I've been playing around with some game settings values and removing others related to sway like this: Gun Spread Formula, Gun spread formula NV and Auto Aim Settings that help mitigate the excessive wobble I'm having, still there but now more controllable. You're right about Just enough realism mod it did change a lot of spread values linked before. The other mods are a bit difficult to modify as all is applied through scripts on top. Another mod suspect is Weapon Requirements System at it messes with spread/sway tied with strength and skill points.
