Nolvus Reshade contradiction

I was looking at the Nolvus Reshade, because i usually use Rudy EB for Cathedral weathers, and i was looking where it say warning install only 1 ENB and warning install 1 weather mod then

i look at all the files and clicked on th Nolvus Reshade the one for Rudy ENB for Cathedral weathers, then it say need to install 1000 and one many different ENB and weather mods which

contradict the installation warnings by say must have all these enb mods to make this mod to work correctly,
