"Unknown error" when Vortex tries to access a file on a disconnected drive - how to fix?

Hi, I am having trouble resolving a particular issue with Vortex. On start up it displays the followign error:

A long time ago, I did have a D drive, so I assume when I have recently reinstalled Vortex it has remembered the old system configuration. However, D is now a DVD-RW not a hard drive location, and further to that SimCity isn't installed not did I ever try to mod that game with Vortex.

Can anybody advise how I can get Vortex to stop looking for this drive and/or file?

Try reinstalling Origin/EA Play? 

Alternatively you can look for your old Origin manifest files and delete them. Advice on that is here: https://modding.wiki/en/vortex/developer/game-detection#originea-play
