Vortex BG3 "Loads before" and "Loads after" rules are ignored

Hello,

I noticed after Installing 3 Mods for BG3
BasketEquipmentNSFW + BasketEquipmentUnderwearSlot + BasketEquipmentCampClothing
That the load order of the mods was wrong. BasketEquipmentNSFW should be loaded first. For some reason BasketEquipmentCampClothing is always on first place.
I therefore added a rule that BasketEquipmentCampClothing has to be load after BasketEquipmentNSFW.
After purging and deploy the mods the load order was unchanged and still wrong.
I did experiment with Requires, Loads before, Loads after with no effect at all.

Did you change this in the load order section? The rules system is only when mods include exactly the same files which overwrite each other.
