Mod Manager Not downloading or Deploying?

Having issues with mods for BG3.

None of the mods show because the ModManager will not be recognized or is fighting something in the vortex system
Please help! Any insight will be useful. 

I have uninstalled vortex multiple times in attempt to reset it, but nothing seems to be working.

Looks like you are trying to install BG3 Mod Manager, which is a separate mod manager, through Vortex.

It's not a mod.

Unzip the file and install it according to whatever directions they gave you.  Don't try to use Vortex to install it.
