Point Lookout style floor break

I'd like to do a dungeon with a floor breaking and dumping the Courier down into a lower level, but I'm not quite sure how to do that sequence (and I don't have Fo3 to check the PL script for it.)  I'd guess to have scripts disable a floor section, plus maybe controls temporarily, using floor chunk pieces or rubble, but I'm not sure.

Old World Blues have three sequences you can learn from

One is the transporting sequence that raise you up from Mojave's car park to Big MT's Think Tank and initiating teh intro video.

Second is the lightwave facility that have a light beam that will freeze you for half a day then transport you back to doorstep

Third is when you go out of border, the fence will make you blurred and transport you back to Think Tank.

Also Dead Money's sequence in the BOS bunker where it have you collapse on the floor from gas spraying out is a nice one.

If you dont have F3 to learn directly from that specific sequence, you simply have to learn collectively from 4 sequence then.
