Hi there, I've been looking for days to a solution that addreses the problem with my Female skins. I don't have any light mod or enb but I use these mods for my female allies: CBBE 3BA (3BBB), Botox of Skyrim, Caliente Beautiful Bodies Enhancer, and High Poly Proyect.
The glow effect occurs when in direct sunlight or near a fire light source. I used Glow no More and no change, I tried deactivating lens flare in Skyrim.ini but didnt help. Also when using Visual Tweaker I lowered the contrast and the glow effect was reduced but it didn't disappear and the overall screen looked too gray so that's a huge no no for me. Any help is appreciate it!

Sorry the following photo covers so much skin, but I wanted to be careful not to break the rules in Nexus general forums. I took this picture just now in bright sunlight, and you should be able to see from her legs, arm and face that even though I'm using wet skin setting (BnP), her skin isn't glowing.

I do not use ENBs. I do not use Glow No More (never heard of it until now). I also do not use weather or lighting mods with the exception of Darker Nights (because I love dark nights).

I have the following settings in my game:

- all-ultra including enabling lens flare (because lens flare is gorgeous).

- console command "cl off" to turn off artificial character light. I have this run automatically on boot up through use of the Auto Run mod, and the two commands I auto run are "cl off" and "sucsm 0.5" with the latter to have a smooth, slow fly camera during tfc commands and the like.

- No More Ugly Bronze Shine (which doesn't help with sunlight but does help in fire light)

I would recommend you try different skin textures. I don't know what you're using, but I do know BnP does not have this issue you are having.

Botox does include a replacer for the default female skin, and its subsurf is quite red - which could cause the glow.    But the specular map of the included skin is practically black, so the skin should not be that shiny.    Does the issue affect ALL female NPCs?    It is quite possible that the NPC  you present in the image is using its own custom skin.    If so, mods like Glow No More (which replaces the subsurf textures of default skin with black ones)  will only fix the defaulf skin NPCs, not the custom ones.

Now, a bit of glare in a bright sun - especially on lighter skins - is expected.    But one can definitely mitigate it with a properly tuned ENB. (I use Re-Engaged for Obsidian Weathers)

Here are some examples - these are taken in a most sunny setting.
On the left - Fair Skin Complexion, 'satin' option - not totally matte, but not glossy either.    A little bit of glare on the chest, but almost none otherwise.
Center - Demoniac skin, 'sweaty' option.  The skin has a moist sheen to it.   Can see a number of specular highlights, but that is expected.
Right - Bijin skin, which is quite matte.   Pretty much zero glare.

Karna5 I tried with cl command but only reduces the glowing effect and now the face looks weird lol

Examples

It seems it only happens with white and pearly skins, because gray, red or brown are not affected at all. I also tried the mod you mentioned but my problem is mostly on sunlight, because it's rare if this glow thing happens near fire light sources.
