surg23
I came up upon a lovely looking pier object outside the Nakano residence boathouse which I would very much like to use for the pier section at my Taffington settlement. Has anyone by any chance come across a mod that adds this beauty to workshop items, or perhaps a mod that adds something very similar? - Critically important that the dimensions are that of a standard floor tile. surg23
This is so far the closest thing I could find. Not quite ideal as the decking is a little weird and the foundation is covered with ugly algae. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28588?tab=description
StrawberryDeath26
I looked around, but I didn't find something like this. I think the mod you found is the closest you are gonna get. Maybe you could combine it with this? https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13316 You could maybe build yourself a waterfront or something with this, I haven't (yet) tried it myself, though I added both mods to my list, since they look pretty decent. I'm afraid there are (currently) no mods that add piers
AndalayBay
If you open the console and then click on it, it should give you the form ID. Then open all your mods in xEdit and search for that ID. It should tell you which mod it's from.

Also sorry for the late reply. Phone and net been out for 2 months.. On 10/18/2024 at 2:53 PM, AndalayBay said: If you open the console and then click on it, it should give you the form ID. I'd say it's vanilla as I don't think I have any world altering mods installed. Also sorry for the late reply. Phone and net been out for 2 months.. pepperman35
If you extract the data files associated with FO4, you can find a number of pier pieces. In the vicinity mentioned, there are a number of static collections (SCOL) used. The model file (NIF) that closely represents the piece in your photograph is PierMid01.nif. This file appears to have dimensions are that of a standard floor tile. You’ll need nifskope to open these files. Of course, these will be in the Creation Kit as well.PierMid01.rar

Haven't played the game in a few months but I'll look into porting that item into Homemaker or something when I have the inclination. Thanks a bunch for that! AndalayBay
My suggestion would still work. It would still give you the form ID which you could use to find it in xEdit. That would give you the Editor ID which you could find in the CK.
