danielernesto
Pickysaurus
Try "Show Hidden Games" on the toolbar. If that doesn't work, check the "Extensions" section and re-enable the Fallout 4 support. Either you disabled it by accident or it got disabled due to an issue in your setup.

Pickysaurus
In the Extensions tab, you may also need to click "Show Bundled" to reveal all game extensions.

Pickysaurus
Have you installed Vortex outside of the default location? It seems to be spread across both "Program Files" and "Programme" which may be causing the problem. Perhaps reinstalling Vortex at the default location will help? Alternatively, make sure you have the correct .NET 6 version: And C++ Redistributable
