Interactive Cyclic Rules gone, what happened?

I am getting a message with cyclic rules, but I can click on them to bring up the interactive tool to change line directions. It was so simple; I don't see why it was changed. How do you fix rules now? None of the link do anything.

Can you provide a screenshot or any further information? Perhaps you've created a cycle in your plugins rather than your mods (where the web view is not shown)
