Recommended Posts

Hi everyone, may this question was already done but i couldn't find anything about. I created a mod were i added a new cell on the breezehome, but i don't understand how to export the bsa files for this new cell. I tried to find information on the CK page from bethesda but, this one is on maintenance. Any help will be appreciated.

Once you have created your plugin and BSA file, all you need to do is use a program like 7z and create an archive containing those two files. Then that 7z file can be uploaded for sharing with other players.

If you are asking how one creates the BSA file, here are instructions for one option utilizing a program included with the Creation Kit.

Does your mod actually HAVE new resources?   Meshes, Textures, scripts, sounds etc?   If it is just a new cell built using pre-existing resources, you are not going to have a .bsa file.   You would just want to add the .esp file to a .7z archive by itself.

Hi, i actually didn't add any new meshes just used the vanilla resources to create the new cells, thanks both of you for the answers. I created the zip file with the scripts files and everything works fine by now.
