datanomicron
My DLC (Workshop I guess) elevators are gone from the workbench. I assume it is a workbench mod (or load order) that killed them, but I would prefer not to go on yet another mod clean up. I have run loot and it doesn't indicate there is a problem. Any thoughts on the culprit? I thought craftable institute elevators might be the culprit, but removing that does not help.
subaverage
Missing workshop menus sometimes happen through uninstallation of a workshop mod. You could try this one to get the missing entry back: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22205 and follow the description.
Squirrel97
The reason for this could be: You have installed mods (such as Unlocked Settlement Objects (USO) or Workshop Rearranged) that moves the elevators somewhere else in your build menu. (as subaverage already mentioned) You have uninstalled a mod that requires using an 'uninstall chem' before uninstalling it. This can break the build menu. Settlement Menu Manager (SMM) can also fix this. You have a mod installed that edits vanilla menus and removes the elevators (intentionally or unintentionally). This can sometimes happen with old mods that came out before the DLCs were released and these mods were not updated (the Lore Friendly Posters mod is an example of this. I did make an SMM patch for that mod to fix this some time ago).
