Game loads with the 4gb FalloutNV_Backup file but nothing else

For some odd reason, I can only boot the game through the created backup exe that the 4gb patcher makes. I can't launch the vanilla version, I can't launch with just NVSE or/and 4gb patch. I installed all of VNV and can't launch it through there. I rolled back every mod in VNV just in case and it still doesn't launch. I have downloaded all redistributes, I have tried compatibility modes, I disabled OneDrive, I have the game on a separate drive, and done everything in the VNV setup guide. The game launches vanilla in epic but doesn't work after I use the downgrader. FNV is my favorite game ever and I need a kind soul to save me from this hellish troubleshooting loop. Fallout 3 and 4 run perfectly.

Well I did hear that you might need a file for F3 to get that one to work properly...

So what did I need to do? Well first of all, I do not recall if this was for F3 or FNV really. But it is worth a try still.

Uninstall all C++ packages and restart your computer, install them one by one again with the oldest first. C redistributeable that is...

You need them all, and I guess I did start with 2008 as 2005 do not exist these days.

First the 32-bit and then the 64-bit as that is extremely important.

2010

2012

2013

2015

And the latest to end with. And I think it was 10 packages all together. For F3, it did require a specific file to work at all in Win 10 but that got solved. Does the game work without the downgrader by the way? I used it and it does work just fine. Well sorry, that was F3 downgrader...  Well I guess I do run the latest version then. Let me check, as I do not know. Where do we see the version number? I did start the game with no mods first and then one mod in a time. I do have ENBoost, 4Gb patcher. xnvse 6.3.5 JIP 57.30 and Johnny Guitar 5.11 and I hope that will lead you somewhere? You can also ask CoPilot for more info.
