Nexus website but I'm missing ui?

Hey, for some reason yesterday (13.11) nexus website broke? for me. It became just all white site with little to no ui. I thought maybe it will go away but it didn't. I use Opera GX. Also it works just fine on other browsers.

Or refresh (F5 or the refresh button) or hard refresh (Ctrl-F5 or Shift-click the refresh button) the page.  It looked like the page had loaded, but not the CSS stuff that makes it look nice.
