[Mod Request] Hellish/Oblivion Supernatural Style Weather

was thinking about this for a few days. my idea was to make all rain be blood and the storm clouds be red, maybe retexture snow area's to be reddish white like frozen blood. and other storm where the sky is literally on fire and the rain drops are embers and sparks. another is making snowstorms frozen blood (a mix of white for ice and red for blood)

An actual retexture would require a massive amount of work.   But if you are in the mood for some hellish weather, you could always use the console.   (sw command is used for slow transition, fw for fast)
