I keep getting an error msg of mod not deploying correctly

First - I'm new to modding, so please forgive any idiotic mistakes.  I keep getting this error msg from trying to install Fallout 4 mods, but there isn't a log in the log folder for me to figure out which mod isn't deploying correctly.  The only log text file I can find is in the "Local Storage > leveldb" folder, which says that it's using the old log.  I don't know how to make it stop using that.  I'm currently using Vortex v1.12.6.  I'm including shots of everything I can think of for help.  Whatever the trouble is, the game will not launch in either modded mode or bypassing mods through steam.  Today is 11/26/24 and I'll be out of town for two weeks.  Hopefully, someone who's forgiving to newbies may help me.  Thank you in advance.

The log file you're looking for is at %appdata%\Vortex\vortex.log

Seems like there may be a file that is marked as read-only in the game folder which you may just need to manually delete.

Thank you!  I updated Vortex before I saw this reply.  I couldn't find a read only file in the Vortex file.  The update may have fix it.  But thank you again for the log location!!!!
