RedHeadAngel
I don't know what happened. After exiting and returning to the game a few times, my character starts doing this. I know it's a missing textures thing, so I tried reinstalling my skin mod, Fair Skin Complexion, but that didn't work. I thought it was because I used this mod (dw's Pregnant Normal Maps for CBBE 3BA), but after deactivating it and going into a brand-new game, the issue persists. I don't know what is going on or why this is happening.
scorrp10
Does this happen to just you or other female NPCs as well? showracemenu in console, go to 'Body Paint' section, see if any of the entries are not 'default' and have non-0 alpha. And if any do, change their alpha to 0. Likely will need same for hand paint and foot paint.

However, I would have it applied and back out, but it wouldn't mess things up then. This problem would occur several times after that. The issue isn’t happening to any other characters as far as I can tell. EDIT: I'm going to run a test. The issue seems to be happening after I back out of the game a certain amount of times. However, just to be sure, I'm going to set everything up as I have it for a normal playthrough without any of said overlays applied. I don't know how many times I backed out of the game before the issue occurred, but last time, it wasn't many. I'll do it, say, 20 times to be thorough, and if it doesn't happen after that, then we'll know it was the problem. I have a brand new game almost set up. All I have to do is configure my mods in MCM, and then I should be ready. I'm about to go to bed, so I'll get back to you once I'm done. After having a save where my character has no overlays added and there's no color in any of them, the body still turns purple. I configured my mods at the beginning, went to Whiterun, bought a home, and that was it. No NPCs are having the issue. Honestly, I don't know what the heck it could be. scorrp10
Have you gone into racemenu AFTER your body turned blue and checked the body paint section?

I forgot to mention that I also recently installed Fertility Mode. However, I don't see how that could be causing my problem. I saw something say in the bugs section that the body would turn purple after giving birth, but I never got to that point.
RedHeadAngel
@scorrp10 I have searched RM for an overlay that could be causing the issue but found nothing. However, I found a thread on LL that mentioned getting purple skin over a certain amount of time due to Fertility Mode. The issue was that there's a mod called Skin Feature Overlays SE, which is supposedly a requirement that wasn't listed on FM's mod page. I uninstalled FM to test this, and it's the longest I've gone without getting purple skin. I'll keep playing on it to see if it happens again, but if it doesn't, we'll know it was the problem. Here's the thread, if you want to read it. https://www.loverslab.com/topic/209447-fertility-mode-purple-skin/
scorrp10
That look pretty much means a missing overlay texture, and the fact that it went away once you installed SFO, confirms it. (Btw, SFO specifically has 'pregnancy stretch marks' overlays, which is likely what you were missing) If you could not find where in RM that overlay was defined, here are a couple other methods: Also in Racemenu, when your body is blue, go into presets, and save a preset. Then go look at the .jslot preset file created. It has a 'tintinfo' section listing the textures used. Sample: { "color" : 16777215, "index" : 10, "texture" : "Actors\\Character\\Character Assets\\TintMasks\\FemaleHeadHuman_Neck.dds" }, { "color" : 2149321216, "index" : 11, "texture" : "Actors\\Character\\Overlays\\Lamenthia\\Misc\\Misc 06.dds" }, Any entry with 'color' value of 16777215 or less has a 0 alpha and is therefore invisible. And the path of first example texture tells me it is a vanilla tintmask anyway. The second entry in this sample has a larger value, which means non-0 alpha. And the texture path quite clearly indicates that it is from a mod (Lamenthia) Another thing you can do is using More Informative Console in 3rd person, click on self (prefferably while naked or else it will include clothing textures), and examine the textures list. Should not be hard to locate the missing one. Spoiler
Karna5
I also had a problem with body parts turning that color, and it stumped me for weeks. However, I eventually figured out it was a lingering effect of cum overlays. It was tough to figure out because it didn't always happen. I even thought it was related to a hair mod I installed for a while because it happened worst when that hair mod was installed. But it wasn't that. I suspect this is what RedHeadAngel is experienced based on the mods she's using. 1. When you get cum overlays, after an amount of time set in MCM, the cum overlays will be removed. 2. They seem to be removed, but they're not fully being cleared. The overlays are being set to "default" on the body parts which means they're invisible in most situations, but they still have opacity set (the transparency field is set to maximum opacity). What this means is there are situations where, even if the overlays are set to "default" in RaceMenu, sometimes they actually show up as blue/purplish over that whole body part. The fix is to go into RaceMenu and check all the body, hand, foot, face overlay fields, and if there are any where the color is set at all, even if it's set to default, you must go into the color field for that overlay and set the transparency slider all the way to left (maximum transparency). I'm certain this is what's happening to RedHeadAngel, and I'm certain what I describe is the cause and fix.

The thing I don’t understand, however, is that my character wasn’t even pregnant when the issue occurred. So, I don’t understand why FM would be causing the problem at that time. I already have MIC installed, so I’ll keep that in mind. 32 minutes ago, Karna5 said: I also had a problem with body parts turning that color, and it stumped me for weeks.
