Vortex suddenly messing up load order rules...

I'm not sure when this happened. I just went to play today and noticed some anomalies at Taffington Boathouse, so I checked the load order. Sure enough, it's way out of whack from when I checked it last. I had about 7 custom rules applied and none of them are working because...  Let's say I need plugin C to load very last in the load order, and plugin B currently sits very last, so I create a rule to load C after B. Yeah, it'll do that, but it also moved B way up in the order, so C is still far from last, and the order has changed so much that now a different plugin sits where B was. What the heck?

I haven't any settings or anything in Vortex in ages. Everything was stable until this happened. Update issues maybe?

This may be the result of an update to LOOT (which Vortex uses under the hood). As long as the rules are being respected, the actual position doesn't matter.

I actually just had the same issue.  Although it wasn't the position for me that was the issue. I set rules for my mods and it seems as though Vortex completely shifted them around and ignored them.  I had certain mods saved to load after SMIM and it completed ignored it and placed them to load before SMIM.
