Need help setting up merchant npc

Ok so i followed videos on youtube.

I copyed a npc.

Made a faction targeted the chest.

Set the npc to the faction, and put in faction JobMerchantFaction

In package i copyed Belethor merchant package, changed the refference to near self.

Set the time in the ck for them to sell.

When i go and talk to them in game they wont sell, so not sure what im doing wrong.
