McGeilerr
After a long break, I have decided to once again mod my Skyrim SE. Now this time on a gaming Laptop with a single C drive. Got it all set up but once I launched Skyrim through either Vortex itself or the skse_launcher in the game directory, the game launches completely unmodded. I have researched this problem for multiple hours now but couldnt find any fixes. I would have loved to provide pricture of my dashboard and such but i cant do so on this sub. One thing thats odd is that on my Dashboard and the "Lets get you set up" tab, there are two "buttons" i can click on. One says "Downloads are on drive : C \" and "Mods are staged on drive : C \". I guess this means that there is something wrong with the folders I have chosen? I dont understand because I do only have one drive I have tried changing them to something else but no luck. I also dont have any notifications on the bell icon, so everything should be in order. Any thoughts on this? The link to the Nexus mods discord server is dead so i cant ask there either SKSE is installed correctly, it shows me the version when i ask for it in the ingame console. Here is a picture of what my dashboard looks like: And here is what it looks like when i click on one of the two: I dont get it. SkyrimSE is installed on my C drive too because I only have one drive!:D so i dont understand why there is a problem :/ Please help me, i really want to mod my game
Pickysaurus
It sounds like you simply haven't enabled the plugins. Try installing a main menu replacer to verify that it's working as intended. If this isn't working then it's possible your mods aren't being deployed. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/19746
