Vortex won't let me fix incorrect load order

Did a fresh morrowind install from steam, unfortunately vortex won't fix and won't let me fix load order of Bloodmoon.esm Morrowind.esm Tribunal.esm to Morrowind.esm Tribunal.esm Bloodmoon.esm as those are "Not managed by Vortex" apparently. How can I fix it? If I use another load order tool will it conflict with the loot built in with vortex?

Ok I figured it out. Didn't realize I could just drag them into the correct position. Still apparently the built in loot doesn't work with morrowind, so which load order tool should I use, so that it works nicely with vortex?

I can't recall off-hand but I don't think the order of the DLCs actually matters. The game will always load them in the correct order regardless of what the load order says.
