Mods are not deploying no matter what

Hello, as the title says my mods dont Deploy and dont show up in the "Load order" Only one does I tried reinstalling the mods and vortex nothing seems to work the game im trying to mod is BG3 (Baldurs Gate 3)

You need to fix the deployment issue to get the mods into the load order. Check the in the top-right of Vortex for relevant messages.
