Cannot dowload mods using Vortex

Hi,

I'm trying to install mods for fallout 4 using vortex, but each time the installation fails and the dialog prints me the following error

I already tried to turn off windows defender, but still nothing.

I believe this error means you have .NET 6 installed, but the install is corrupted.
