Detection or recognition of downloaded files [ Vortex 1.13.5 (7/1/2025) ]

¿Why after the latest updates does the current version of vortex 1.13.5 (7/1/2025) not recognize previously downloaded mods and try to download them over and over again with each attempt to install the same collection? 

Before I asked when I found them; if you chose to reuse them or download them again (and the same when reinstalling, it asks if you want to replace it or create it as a new parallel version).
Now that it doesn't recognize previous downloads: Is there a way to do it manually and avoid the huge unnecessary downloads?

Fixed weird formatting

If the mod files are exactly the same, Vortex will recognise this and won't reinstall them. If they are different, you'll need to download them.

Note: If you deleted the downloaded archives, it will redownload them regardless as it is the archive in the "Downloads" folder it is comparing against.

Yes Pickysaurus, that would be normal operation. But it was happening that: despite having the same files available in the Downloads folder, it insisted on downloading them again; And this during various types of tests, even starting clean and using the same collections; It reached a setup point slightly less than 100% and never ended. Then when trying to install said collections again to see if this would solve it and I could finish; It started with the problem of asking to download files that I already had available (exactly the same ones that I had downloaded in the previous attempt)...

Now there's just been an update and I'm testing again as it seems to be working a little better regarding this.
