Fallout New Vegas extension showing "Failed"

Ok, upgraded my Vortex to the latest version and I'm not seeing Fallout NV in my games.  The extension is showing as failed.  I've disabled and re-enabled the extension to the same effect.  Not sure how to fix this issue.  I'm also not seeing FNV in the list of supported games.

Did FNV fall out of support?  I am seeing FO3 just not NV.

Me too, I don't know what's the exact issue but i tried to restart vortex several times and it worked for me

Weirdly I switched over to Vortex after letting it run in the background and found a "There's an error with an extension" notification in yellow that just appeared and a "Fix it" button.  Now FNV is showing up.... weird.

Double-clicking the extension in the list should open a side panel that tells you why it has failed.

ive tried this and it gives me some random stuff about a sanity check being missing. vortex was working before but now i cant even enable fallout nv on extensions.
