Would some big-hearted modder PLEASE create a mod so that Vault-Tec Rep can get his knives?

I feel sorry for the guy.  Vault-Tec treated him badly, and war or not, he deserves his knives.  After all, he didn't ask to be ghoulified.  Come on...help me make him happy.

Oh, and while you're at it, could you PLEASE change his greeting so that he doesn't go through his spiel EVERY SINGLE time you talk to him? I gave him a vendor kiosk and I loved trading with him, but the whole story every single time was tiring. Perhaps tie it in so he's got other stuff to say once you get him his knives.
