Vortex Stuck While Switching Profiles

I'm using the most recent non-beta version of Vortex; can't remember the exact numbers off the top of my head. In fact, an hour before posting this, I reinstalled it just to make sure.

I'm trying to switch profiles to Skyrim SE, bought on Steam.
I only have 84 active mods, but they shouldn't be affecting it that much; I can't access my mod list to post them, unfortunately...
I tried restarting my PC, tried uninstalling/reinstalling Vortex, tried using Task Manager to force the window closed and reopen it, anything further, I can't remember currently.
The error message is provided as a screenshot in the linked files. It doesn't move any further.

Try going to extensions, show bundled and find "Gamebyro Plugin Management". Disable it and restart. Can you swap profiles now?

If this worked you likely have borked C++ Redistributables which is breaking the load order feature.

Still not able to switch profiles... unfortunately. I'd upload a recording, but I doubt I could get it small enough and it still be coherent enough to read.

Disabling the GTA V extension seems to have fixed the problem; I thought of it after you said to go to extensions and disable the Gamebryo Plugin Management.

Seems like a Rockstar problem. I had the same thing with RDR2
