  • Which version of Vortex are you using? (e.g. 1.8.0)

I'm using the 1.13.7 version

  • Which game are you modding and which game store did you purchase it from? (e.g. Skyrim SE from GOG)

Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3, Both bought from Steam

  • Which mods are you trying to use?

For Cyperpunk the collection Welcome to Night City 2.21: https://next.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/collections/iszwwe

For The Witcher 3 the collection Ultimate Mod List: https://next.nexusmods.com/witcher3/collections/z5tjm8

  • What steps did you take before you encountered the error?

I open Nexus Mod as administrator, and select the game for which I want to install the collection. Then I go to the collection page and click 'Add Collection'

  • What is the specific error message you received? (Provide a screenshot if possible)

I am not receiving any kind of output

I know this problem has already been addressed in this thread:

But even reading it carefully I can't understand what solution to implement to be able to download the collections. I want to point out that I have a premium account.

Why are you running Vortex as admin? This is not recommended and should never be necessary. Are you launching with custom command line arguments? Also not recommended.

The thread you linked seemed to be a specific issue with the user setting up Firefox browser in a customized way that Vortex was not compatible with.

I run vortex as administrator because it is explicitly requested in the Ultimate Mod List installation instructions. Vortex informed me on startup that this is bad practice, but I thought it was absolutely necessary for that collection

I do not run vortex with custom arguments, I honestly do not even know how to do that

I did not realize that the thread was specific to the user's Firefox configuration. In my case I use Brave, but I disabled all protections for nexusmods.com, hoping that this would solve the problem, but unfortunately it did not work.

Thank you very much for your attention 🙂
