Unable to download a particular mod. Vortex or Manual. Weaponsmith Extended for Fallout4.

Hi all, 

i have a really weird problem. 

Weaponsmith Extended for Fallout4

I seem to be unable to download this particular mod. I tried 3 times in Vortex, 2 times archive damaged and the third time the download just vanished at over 90% and my file is 3,6gb while the mod is 4,3gb big. 

I also tried 2 times to download manually but i get an error in my download manager, again always near the end "resource changed" . 

I downloaded like 20 mods for fallout4 today, most small but some a couple hundred mb, no problems. But this particular mod with over 4gb i am unable to download. 

My internet connection is really bad but i routinely download stuff way bigger than this file so i am really at a loss how to pinpoint the problem. 

Also, used bandwith is equal to money for me so those 5 tries were expensive. 

Really would appreciate any help here, it's a very popular mod so the file is most likely not the problem.

Unfortunately, it would seem your connection is the issue. If the download is corrupt at the end of the process it means there has been significant packet loss.
