Help with deleting fake hands in bracers?

The armor mod I downloaded has custom fake hands attached to the forearm bracers and replace the real hands. The fake hands clip through every set of gloves I have tried. I tried deleting them through outfit studio but the real hands don't come back, pics for reference:

What I need help with is making the bracers stop hiding my real hands, help me please I'm at my wits end! Thank you!

They're not hiding your real hands, they're replacing them.  You might be able to go into the CK and redefine what body parts are replaced, but I'm not sure.

Thanks for the reply, I managed to circumvent this issue by changing the body slot of the bracers to something different. The full body hands were disappearing simply because the bracers use the hands slot, which in turn is why the bracers have to include hands in the first place. Silly me. After changing the slot my hands aren't invisible anymore.

Ugh, clipping is the worst! Since deleting the fake hands doesn't restore your real ones, the bracers likely replace them, not just cover them. You'll probably need to find the original armor files and either edit the mesh to remove the fake hands or find a version of the bracers without them. Modding forums might have solutions or pre-made patches.
