Mihawk's Sword Slash

I've so far failed to find a mod giving the player the ability of a powerful, AOE like sword slash.

Here's a video to showcase what I had in mind.

Now, obviously I'm asking for something similar and not exactly equal. Has anyone modded a power like that for swordsmen players?
