Glitchfinder
I use the unofficial patch as well, and it definitely isn't causing the bug you showed. However, disabling it in an existing save will 100% break things, which can lead to "fixing" bugs in the process while also causing significant issues that may not be immediately obvious. It may also be the case that the mod that actually caused the problem requires the unofficial patch as a master file, and was disabled alongside the patch because the game doesn't allow you to load mods with missing master files. subaverage
Glitchfinder is right and disabling the patch inmidst of a playthrough might harm your safegames on the long run. So I would recommend to make a copy of your latest safegame where everything was enabled. On the modpage of the unofficial patch you find a list which mods need the file. Maybe you could check whether you have one or more mods of the list. Edited February 15 by subaverage

Glitchfinder
1 hour ago, gabizinha said: I disabled and manage to play without some issues When I say removing the unofficial patch from a save breaks things, I don't mean "it makes the game crash immediately" or anything so obvious. I mean that it will break a lot of subtle things. Maybe you'll run into a problem in ten minutes. or maybe a month from now you'll be frustrated by a bunch of quests that are broken and unable to progress, or misbehaving in odd ways. If you're not using workshop framework, then your settlements may also start having trouble with things like settler assignments not working properly, crops not repairing or growing properly, and happiness not updating as expected. The unofficial patch makes a lot of changes to quests and scripts that the game cannot fully remove from your save file, and that means you're going to be getting a lot of issues with those. On top of that, if you're using other mods that require the unofficial patch (as many do), then those mods are also causing the same problems to a lesser extent because they were removed at the same time as the unofficial patch. There is a very good reason that community fixes merged changes the missing plugin message to this, and removing the unofficial patch trends heavily towards the latter examples:
