vortex needs to access but is write as protected

I'm trying to install a modpack for Skyrim SE/AE here is the entire error message, I got

"operation not permitted, stat 'C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\downloads\skyrimse\Pickpocket Everyone-38702-0-2-1595835704.rar'

it also drops the message when I try to drop the rar in vortex as well, please I need some help.

Try deleting the file mentioned in the message, restart Vortex and try again.
