Would it be impossible for Nexus staff to hire or pay someone for a nearly non-broken or solid extension to the Vortex Mod Manager that makes adding unlisted games easily? Since the only games listed are the "popular" games and not the full list of supported games according to the Nexus Mods site. This leaves myself and the rest of the non-programmer players who don't have the knowledge nor understanding to perform a .json file program write just to add a single game, then have to repeat the process for roughly 90% of the games on the PC markets. I spent nearly an hour trying to understand your "self help" explanation on how to do it yourself, and still am as confused as before I read through it the first time.

So would it be possible to add an easy Add Game function to Vortex? I am using version 1.12.6

If you're trying to follow the existing guide we can help you here.

An extension to add games without coding existed a long time ago but it produced lots of low quality, non-functional game extensions which ended up being a frustrating experience for users. The bar for creating one may be slightly higher but most extensions available will be functional when loaded into the app.

If your game uses Unity, Unreal Engine or another engine similar to a game we already support, sometimes it's as simple as taking the source code for the similar game extension and swapping out a few key variables.
