RaidersClamoring
A note on selecting things in console mode: Scrolling the mouse wheel will let you move through object layers, so if there is something like a decal making it difficult to select the actual thing, try scrolling forward.

subaverage
It seems difficult to find the information, but if we mean the same display cases you can build them with this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27848 Out of settlements the ESP-explorer, the Screen Archer Menu or the console should let you place them where you want. However, these display cases also use "FederalistDisplayBoxWallShort01_Enclosed_prewarClean" and "FederalistDisplayBoxWallTall01_Enclosed_prewarClean" with the respective Form Id's of D2A5A and D2A58. They are the same Form ID's as in Vault 118. They too have been "Material Swap"-ped (00134A14). Thus, their textures have been replaced. When I enter into console command "placethere D2A5A" or "placethere D2A58", I get the same old post-war dirty display cases. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with spawning both the Form ID with the Material Swap code using console commands. I wish there was a non-modded way to get these Clean Pre-war displays into my settlement using only vanilla assets.

That looks like an interesting mod and the display cases look really nice. For me however, I'm a bit of a purist and only want to use vanilla assets in my settlement builds, not because I'm a snob, but, because when I export my settlements using TransferSettlements, I want it to have no mod requirements other than the DLC's for anyone who wants to import it...also, because, for me, it's a challenge to create things using only the vanilla assets. As much of a "pain in the behind" it is to harvest Form ID's either through searching of forums, console commands or the Creation Kit(or xFOEdit), there is a feeling of satisfaction with achieving that pre-war something that isn't in the build menu.
