Use Flatpak, not appimages for linux version

This will allow one click install, no extra work for dependencies, no worries about having to update manually, and hosting it on flathub will make it natively available on most linux distro 'app' stores

Thanks for the feedback @garecrow!

We already have plans to offer this, however, setting up a Flatpak release is more complicated so we opted for AppImage in the initial release.
