MO2 not showing the D/L'd mods in the right side pane

W.T.F. have I done now ... 

Everything was good to go when I saved the game last-night  

I opened MO2 just a lil while ago and all the mods still show up in the left window pane but not in the right one

If an ESP file isn't appearing in the right pane (plugin list) of Mod Organizer 2 (MO2), ensure the mod containing it is enabled in the left pane (mod list), and that the ESP file itself is also enabled within the plugin list.
