The easiest way is to click on any red 'lightning bolt' conflict marker, then see which mods are being referenced.  I believe that there should also be a dialog choice in the interface, perhaps for 'show all rules', that will give you a graphical representation of the cycles.  I think that you can right click on any of the individual arrows to get an option to show an individual cycle, which really helps when you have several cycles at the same time.  Just flip an arrow to 'break' the round-robin circuit, and that is one less cycle.  (Each arrow points FROM the mod that loads BEFORE-to be overwritten-to the one that is to load after, or overwrites.  Just make sure to carefully choose which mod should overwrite the other.)
