Vortex Not Detecting Any of my Games

I recently factory rest my computer and am reintalling everthing.

In the Games tap it isn't showing my games. There are 83 unmangaged games but I don't own most of them. Steam, GOG, EA, Ubisoft or Epic are not showing.

I have all my games on the D drive instead of the C drive but I did install Vortex on the D drive aswell. Everthing I look up to maybe fix the pathing is several years old at this point. 

Is there a way to scan for games anymore?

Ok so there are two problems here. 

If you're only seeing ~80 games, your PC is blocking Vortex from talking to GitHub to fetch the full list. 

As the games aren't found I would guess you haven't properly reinstalled Steam/GOG Galaxy/Epic/etc so it can't find the appropriate metadata to locate the game automatically.

Vortex scans for the game if you search for it and click on the tile. If it doesn't find it you can pick the folder manually.

Ok. So is there any suggestion? Reinstall the Lunchers or there something in the settings?

Also the 80 games there aren't mine. I don't own most of them.
