Curious What Sets Category Options in Image Share

Hello. I noticed today that Starfield Supporter Image Share doesn't have a Narrative category while Skyrim SE and Fallout 4 do. In the past I've also noticed some games' image shares don't have the Narrative category.

I'm curious about the discrepancy. If (big if) it's not inconvenient to the site maintenance, it would be cool to be able to distinguish narrative versus aesthetic posts.

I know that Nexus Mods image share has many story tellers, though no doubt not for all games.

Each game has its own set of image share categories that are set up by moderators. If I remember I'll try and add it next week, unless @MaxHeadroom or @JustThatKing can do it over the weekend
