Galexio Posted July 18 Posted July 18 As title states. Mainly browsing the Stardew Valley mods, where there are TENS OF THOUSANDS of available mods. There are also a lot of outdated mods, incompatible mods, abandoned mods, etc. The date filter is only for when the mod was published, which leads to odd results, such as filtering out 3+ year old mods that may have been updated 2 weeks ago. Having the "Filter by Last Update Date" allows for users to see which mods remain actively supported, and leads to better discovery of diamonds in the rough. I'm open to feedback on the suggestion. Thank you.
Community Manager Solution Pickysaurus Posted July 21 Community Manager Solution Posted July 21 This already exists. You can set it as your default sort in your settings too.
tinchek Posted July 26 Posted July 26 If I may, I recently found out that if I sort by last updated and then set a custom date range, it will show only mods that were updated during that time span. however that is not very useful when I cant then sort by endorsements, downloads, or unique downloads. It just gives me mods sorted by Last Updated up to some arbitrary date. It would be more useful if, under the Date Range widget, a toggle were added to switch between "Date Published" and "Date Updated". Or even better, there we could choose both dates at the same time.
