Media Introduce slow mode to the media section

Please, make a change to the media section on Nexus, so that people don't spam the site with multiple images at once.

Having your images on the front page is crucial in order for the posts to get the most views, so it's very unfair to everyone else when someone decides to steal the spotlight for themselves.

Only one post per 30 - 60 minutes should be allowed.

Something like this would be useful for mods as well. Someone posting a lot of translations, patches, etc, in one day can easily push everyone else off the front page. Same can happen with mod updates.

There was this suggestion on Nexus' old feedback board (which I upvoted): https://feedback.nexusmods.com/posts/686/aggregate-upload-batches-in-new-sections.

Unfortunately, the old feedback board doesn't seem to exist anymore and now it redirects you to the new one instead. But if I remember correctly, the suggestion was to make multiple uploads made by one author in a day show up as only one single tile which could then be clicked on to reveal everything else the author had uploaded that day. This could be done for images as well.

Flickr used to have a good way of dealing with this, if someone uploaded multiple images only one would show in people's feeds, the rest could be accessed via thumbnails under it.
