Is there a mod that shows all NPCs on your compass?

I really hate how vanilla Fallout 4 never shows friendly NPCs on your compass. It also doesn't show enemy NPCs on your compass unless they are aggro'd to you. Sometimes I will walk up to an NPC and I'm not sure if I should shoot them or not, and then suddenly I am attacked. I also would like to know exactly where all of my settlers are in my camps. Sometimes they get lost and I can never find them. Having them all marked on my compass would make this situation much less tedious. I tried finding mods that did this, but I guess there isn't enough of a demand for it? But I see others talking about this and also asking for the same thing, with no helpful answers. Not even a "No, this mod doesn't exist." Just knowing is all I'd need.
