paxirish
I have a problem with Robert's male replacer: as soon as I intall it (via OBMM) I lose most of the voice acting (just some "hi" is still there). This happens with both V4 and V5beta. I've tried to unistall each of the mods I use, and I am quite sure that the problem comes from Robert's Thanks in advancePax_Irish
dezdimona
body replacers have no affect on voice files. What are all your mods and a load order please
LFact
body replacers have no affect on voice files. What are all your mods and a load order please Actually, if the body replacer has at least one plugin, and you activated it, the answer is 'maybe yes'. What is your game language? What are all your mods and a load order please Actually, if the body replacer has at least one plugin, and you activated it, the answer is 'maybe yes'. What is your game language? The fact that body replacer should not have effect on sound files is what really puzzles me. the load order is:Oblivion.esmplus5always.espQuest Award Leveling.espRingOfFeather1000.esp901--Fixed- max carrying capacity.-TESSource.espMM_FeletheusAspar[Merchant]1.0.espEVE_StockEquipmentReplacer.esp Now Robert is not active, but I had the problem regardless of the place in the load order. Robert has a .esp There is also HGEC, but it has no .esp The game is italian, but the voice acting is the original english one, they just translated subtitles and items names. Thanks againPax_Irish
AncientSpaceAeon
It really puzzles me too, but I think the problem is the esp itself. Maybe you want to disable all mods first, than enable Robert's male replacer. It maybe a mod conflict.

Already tried this, does not work :( I think is a problem with the fact that my game is Italian version. CheersPax_Irish

It matters because all vanilla race voice files are stored in .bsa like this: \Sound\Voice\Oblivion.esm\(Race name) If the race name doesn't match(like using English cosmetic plugin in German version), the game cannot find suitable sound, causing all actors become mute. AncientSpaceAeon
@LFactThat's a good point, since some language got different sound folders.

I think you found the problem, in the .bsa file the directory names are translated.Do you know if there is a way to fix it? AncientSpaceAeon
Maybe translate using this guide : English :Argonian, Breton, High Elf, Redguard, Imperial, Nord. Italian : Argoniano, Breton, Elfo supremo, Guardiarossa, Imperiale (Nord stays the same). I don't know how to do it, I don't know if the translation is right, I don't know italian. PS : There are no Dark Elf, and Wood Elf because they have the same voice with the High Elf. There are no Khajiit because they use the voice of the Argonian. Hopes this helps.
