Mass Effect 3 Product code

Does any one have a product code please. I bought a mass effect 3 for my pc. Got it on a wallmart
Clearance sale. Put the code in…cmp crashed and the origin crashed and they lost view people acc
So for the love of me I cant find my product key code…. Was wondering does any one have a key
Code so I can at least. Get origin to accept my copy…..
