When I looked at the first one, I though for a second that it was Oblivion. So, if they're doing that with the graphics in MW, do they have any huge overhaul mods for it as well? The closest to that would be Connary's World Texture replacer (a WIP). He has several for different area's and items, but is working on a mod that will upgrade every single texture in the game.
