Stampede Posted July 29, 2005 Share Posted July 29, 2005 One of Cape Towns worst serial rapists has been arrested Apologies to any ladies about this thread, but I am truly stunned. Why? Because I used to see this guy every week. My girlfriend of 2 years lives in the Wingfield naval base. Her dad is a Warrant Officer. This rapist used to patrol the base as well as raise the booms when I drove in. I've spoken to him and he always used to wave and smile. I told Victoria not to jump to conclusions (innocent until proven guilty) but according the MPs at the base, it's him alright. It's kind of funny, I always used to tell her to keep her doors locked when she was on her own and not to open the doors for ANYONE unless she knew them, because living on a miltary base gives you an added sense of security.
